When you request to switch suppliers, you’ll benefit from a seven-day cooling-off period. During this time, you’re free to change your mind without needing to give a reason.

If you decide to continue and your switch is completed successfully, your current retailer will issue a final bill, and all future invoices will come directly from your new supplier.

The first step in switching your supplier is to confirm whether you’re eligible. To switch, you must be a non-domestic customer — such as a business, charity, or public sector organisation.
